Dadelaide loves doing the “airplane” with mommy and daddy, she puts her arms out so she can fly!!!! She has also been really good lately about telling me when her diaper is poopy and she also relates everybody’s bottom to poopoo so in these last few pics she is looking for poopoo in daddy’s pants and pointing at his bottom while saying, “poopoo”! LOL. She is hilarious.

I’m finally getting the Easter pics up! Dadelaide had so much fun this year decorating eggs and playing in her Easter basket. The funnest part was that cousin Schme got to join us for decorating and Easter dinner! Yay! Those two girls are too cute together!

Here it is, the last BIG snow of the season on April 1st. We had more snow over Easter weekend but it wasn’t as significant. So, since it was most likely the last chance the girls would have to play in snow until next winter we had to send them outside! They had so much fun together. My personal favorite of the pics is of them kissing! They are so cute, they love to hug and kiss each other (when they’re not fighting!) Schmeden was fearless, she was running through the snow (even though it was up to her knees), picking up snowballs and throwing them at Dadelaide. :) Dadelaide is a little more cautious when it comes to snow, she loves playing in it but when it’s deep, she gets…stuck…at one point she walked into a real deep spot and couldn’t move any further and she just fell face first in the snow! She was almost completely buried!!! She just laid there until I got to her to save her. It was pretty funny. One of the pics below shows Dadelaide reaching her arms outward, that’s because she was stuck and wanted me to pick her up. :) And of course, you will see that she had her binkie in her hand…yes, even in the snow…she LOVES the binkie and blankie, she carries them all over the house, they provide much comfort. :)

I just had to post this picture because little schmeden is so dang adorable and hilarious looking in this picture! After I caught this shot we all passed the camera around laughing at it for several minutes. She cracks us up. :)

Here’s the munchkin trying on some new clothes that her Aunt Jamie sent her. She just had to put the shorts and skirt on right over the top of her pants! She wore all 3 layers for the rest of the day, I tried taking the extra clothes off at one point but she cried and said, “NO”, so we just left them on until bedtime. :) So, here are some pictures of her playing. She is showing me her belly button in the first pic, she loves to show everyone her belly button, especially when she is at church in her nice dresses. :-P

Here are some pics of what Dadelaide looked like when she woke up from her nap the other day, total mohawk!!!! After taking pictures of her I tried combing her hair down and it wouldn’t go down! So hilarious.

So the munchkin always pulls hair pieces or headbands out/off as soon as I put them on her head, but yesterday morning she went and got a headband out of her drawer and wanted me to put it on! Once it was on she kept it on so I figured it was the perfect opportunity for a picture! While I was taking pictures she grabbed Mr. Elmo and was hugging and kissing him while watching Elmo. :) She is SO adorable and she makes me smile.

Okay, so it’s been a while since I’ve updated anyone, my apologies! The rush of the holidays and Bree moving in with us got the better of me and I am just now beginning to recover. The holidays were wonderful (except for having the stomach flu on Christmas!), Dadelaide enjoyed Christmas very much but was a little overwhelmed with the abundance of gifts from all the grandparents. :) We had to open them a few at a time, but she LOVES her new toys and cute little outfits! She began the new year in the hospital with Pneumonia, that was very scary, she had a fever above 105 degrees and had her mommy and daddy saying lot’s of prayers, but she recovered well and is strong and healthy once again. She now weighs 20 lbs and is 30 inches tall, she has 12 teeth and is learning how to use them to chew! All 4 of her 1st molar’s came in in January, that was a fun month…:) She is quite an active little girl; she’s always on the go and wanting lot’s of attention! She has a vocabulary now of 30+ words and learns new ones every day. She has recently become obsessed with Elmo and watches him every day and dreams about him at night. When Elmo is not on the TV she will turn the TV on and look at me while saying, “Elmo, Elmo, Elmo, Elmo!!!” until I eventually give in to another viewing. :) She keeps us happy and smiling every day. Here are some pics of her over the last few months.

We had a blast the other day at the pumpkin patch!! Dadelaide was walking very cautiously to keep from tripping over the pumpkin vines. When she would trip and fall, she would just sit there and kick her feet to try and untangle herself from the vines. Needless to say, this did not spoil her fun.

These pics are just a collage of SOME of the cute things she does every day…she’s always being so silly; we have a lot of fun together! So, from beginning to end, here is what she’s up to: she loves to dump her toy basket and sit in it, sometimes she likes to try and put her toys back in it while she is in it…doesn’t always work too well cause she gets frustrated when she can’t move around anymore, lol. She loves to help me unload the silverware from the dishwasher; and yes I take all the knives out before she can help! she pulls the silverware out and hands them to me one by one so I can put them away. When we’re done unloading she likes to load the dishwasher with her toys…sometimes she even tries to climb in herself, that’s always funny. :) Sometimes when I’m busy in the kitchen she will wander off and get real quiet, then I’ll hear her talking to herself so I creep into the living room and she will be sitting in her bouncy seat reading a book; adorable! She likes to take her socks off, put them in her mouth, walk around a little bit and then spit them out…she’s so strange. :) The toilet paper pictures…so one day I was on the phone in the kitchen and I see the munchkin walk from where the bathroom is into the living room with toilet paper in her hand…then I realize I left the bathroom door open and she had drug the TP from the bathroom around the corner and into the living room and then she started shredding it so she could eat it! Ya, she loves to eat toilet paper, it’s one of her favorite food groups. The cute one of her in her bathrobe was when she had another flu bug last week. :( We had just given her a warm bath and daddy was checking her temperature (she loves to have her temp checked, we do that just for fun some days), she was finally starting to feel better when we took this picture. Poor baby. The last pic is her playing in the kitchen in her boots of course and putting on the oven mitts. She loves to put the oven mitts on (they go up to her shoulders) and run around the kitchen with them! Just a few of the cute things she does every day…enjoy!
